LG G Flex 2 smaller with a better screen
Samsung and LG are launched last year is in the race for flexible screen smartphones, with the Galaxy Round and G Flex. We then waited a minimum follow-up on the part of both manufacturers and even the creation of a new trend in the industry ... but we must believe that curved smartphones do not interest many people.
After a first G Flex a little lackluster, LG has used the CES 2015 to launch its second smartphone with a curved screen, the G Flex 2. On the menu, specifications obviously brought up to date but most still the same communication around the Plastic-OLED, the curved screen and the impression of having a larger screen when viewed in landscape mode.
Despite a fairly positive reviews, the G Flex LG has not packed crowds. The technical characteristics of the device were not nasty with a 6-inch screen (720p only), and especially the rather unique ability to be flexible enough to "crush" the mobile. Not to mention the shell knows "self-repair" his scratches.
The premium price of the terminal was probably a barrier to its commercial success, not to mention the unique proposition he made to consumers. LG he has learned the lesson? Maybe. The manufacturer would have in the pipeline G Flex 2 whose characteristic would be smaller than 6 inches of his predecessor. Better still, the definition of the display of this new model will be "better than Full HD" according to the rumor.
